My complaint:
The products that I bought in the webpage Fixedstarmall.com (that does not exist anymore) was a scooter ( I order 2) to be in discount from 129.99 to 39.99 dollars. Also it let you choose the type of the adapter for the scooter ( for US, UK or EUR)
After 2 mounths since I bought the products (15 days since the product came), I try to get in contact with Ouyi group, because it only came the Adapters and in the page it doesn´t clear out that the product was the adapter and not the scooter. Also it said that they have a Money back guarantee.
I would send some pscreenshots that a did in January. I would send you more, but as I said before the webpage does not exist anymore.
Suggested solution:
I like to get a full refund for the purchase and that they pay for the return. ( send the product from Germany to them)
