My complaint:
We placed a Togo order about 440. Order said it would be ready at 520. Got there at 522 and the order didn’t come out until 625. They ignored us most of the time then came out and said they over cooked the steak and had to recook it. Well we get home finally and the steak was cold and NOT recooked because it was very overcooked. Then I look at the ticket and see this written by my name. And I was somehow pleasant during my wait. I shouldn’t have been. I would like a 25.27 refund to my card! Ridiculous.
