My complaint:
Took awhile to get soda once got the drink it was flat once waitress came back to the table said she would get a new drink, took awhile to get drink. Finally brought out bread and appetizer had to ask for side plate, was told she would bring me some once they were washed. Brought out the salads asked for an extra ranch for salad did not receive the ranch main entree came out waitress asked did we receive the ranch which we still had not. Drinks were not refilled. At that point just asked for to go boxes. Received billed which included a suggested 18% gratuity which I am confused if it is suggested how is it included in the total of my bill. My waitress did not deserve a 18% gratuity. This was by far the worst experience I have had in a long time.
Suggested solution:
My bill with gratuity was 128 dollars. I would like some kind of compensation for my poor service.
