My complaint:
The service was horrible. Every time we needed the waiter I had to look for him. Food that was ordered was not brought to the table, drinks that were ordered were not brought to the table but I could not find the waiter to tell him this. The runner did not even know what meals were on the plates so he’d call out a meal and we would just say nobody here ordered that because he had no idea what was on the plate. Complain to the manager who actually I thought was a janitor because he was so shabby and disheveled that I had no idea he was the manager and his only response was well I’ve been here for 10 hours. For the first time in my life I did not leave a tip on a 266 bill. It’s very sad how bad the outback restaurant in Schaumburg Illinois has sunk.
Suggested solution:
In my opinion there is no resolution to the situation. I don't want free food I don't want coupons I don't want anything because I will never go back.
