My complaint:
Ordered on the 1st, 8 days zero response, by day 12 (not including weekends) I get a response that just says they would get back to me, by day 14 (not including weekends) still zero response. Unprofessional, I filed a claim with my bank. They need to take accountability and not ignore their mistakes. Make it right
Suggested solution:
Email back and acknowledge mistake send my order since you never did. You need to make right.
