My complaint:

Optum continues to bill me. I am told I have a 0 balance. But continue to receive bills that states zI am 120 days past due. I do not want this on my credit report. After several calls to customer service talking with a lady named Jess I asked for a supervisor. I asked 10 different times to talk with one. She kept giving me different reasons why I Couldn’t. Covid, they are in a meeting, they work from home, they are busy. I kept on asking again and again to talk to a supervisor. She said give me your number and they will call you. I said no I want to talk with a supervisor. She sai can I put you on hold I said no you won’t pick me up again like last time I was on hold for an hour. Finally after 45 minutes supposedly on a recorded line she put. E on hold and never came back. I called back and again she would not allow me to speak to a supervisor. So my problem is still unresolved.

Suggested solution:

I want an invoice that has a zero balance. I have made several calls.I want it taken care of.
