My complaint:
In May 2023, i fly from Sydney to Singapore.
Once i arrived in Singapore, i had been told my luggage was lost and they will deliver it straight to my home once they retrieve it.
After around 1 week i received the luggage with damaged condition.
I file a complaint to Qantas and they said they will compensate USD86.14 for the damage.
But up till now after nearly 3 month I never receive any. When I follow up their customer support just ignore my email. This is very frustrating.

Obviously by updating me regarding the claim progress.
