I’m facing a wifi card issue in one plus TV Y43 .
Following since 10 consecutive days but did not get any resolution.

You are, therefore, earnestly requested to replace the defective TV set with the new one or rectify the defects by sending technicians at the earliest. As the TV set has one years’ warranty, it is your liability.
