Ollies Bargain Outlet complaint: Refund policy time

My complaint:

I purchased 2 item’s neither one worked. So took my receipt and they put my refund on my debit card. Still not in my bank after 3 Business day’s. So called Corp office of Ollies. They told me it takes 7 to 10 day’s. What!!! It took 2 seconds for them to take money out of my account. Never shopping there again. Most ridiculous policy to inconvenient someone and it was there crap that didn’t work to begin with.

Suggested solution:

Put my money in as fast as you took it. 3 days and still not in my bank.
