My name us Angela perry, i shop a a large number of your stores, i decided to go to your olympia ollies and while shopping i had my favorite coffee cup with me. After shopping a returned home to find i was mussing my cup. I immediately call the stores i visited and back tracked my steps so i called to see if ollies have found my cup and the had told me no the had not located it butbwill look. So i waited a day and decided to visit store again where sonya and josh told me that it had been found, so i was so happy i believe barb was the manager they turned it in to. Once i went in store jish and sonya started trying to contact managersvto retrieve my cup for me. Manager jackie was standing next to her husband while he was purchasing its so josh asked her about the cup she didn’t say a word to me about the cup had been thrown out. No n one called me i left my number it they retrieved it. So while I’m waiting. Jackie leaves and goes to back of store no manager cane to explain b the issue and sales clerk walked over to me to apologize for throwing merchandise away. I am very hurt about how your company handled my merchandise. I spend alot of money about all your branches and can believe you can’t have a competent manager to address a persons concerns about there lost and found items. Same letter is to be sent to BBB and i believe i will take my business to gabes , biglots and Burlington, if i don’t matter as a customer then i can spend my money where i matter. I willvwait to hear from your com i any on how something like this could happen and you manager be so unconcerningbto my feelings as a customer.
