My complaint:
I purchased a refurbished power washer at the Merritt Island Florida store. When I started it the hose between the detergent tank and pump flew off. The Ollies manager refused me a refund or replacement. He said product boxes bearing an orange tag were not refundable or replaced.
I didn’t see an orange tag or had any knowledge about such. This policy should have been pointed out to me at checkout. I spent $160 and got nothing.
I think in the interest of fairness I should be reimbursed, or my defective product exchanged for a new one.
The manager was very rude to me.
I had a good opinion of Ollies before this unfortunate incident.
Please do the right thing.
