My complaint:
My son had taken me to the store for a carpet shampooer for a Christmas gift. The price on the display was priced at $99.00 when we went to the register it was $120.99 so the cashier called the manager over and she she made things so bad and was yelling that the price on the shampooer was an old price……and as of this week that same price is still on the shampooer……I didn’t bother to send a complaint when it happened but when I was in the store and seen the same price I had to say something…..and your manager needs better training in her job!
Suggested solution:
Send her for training on how to talk to costumers and not to put her hands in people's face!
