My complaint:
I shopped at an Allentown, PA store about 10 days ago and used a 15% discount coupon with an October expiration date. Several days later I received another 15% discount coupon via email with a November expiration date and a new advertising flyer in the mail showing new items for sale, so I went shopping again. Upon checkout, I was told my new coupon was already used and and the cashier could do nothing about it and I should contact someone on the website. There was a “contact us” page, but no contact information. I could have purchased the $40 item for less on Amazon, but I chose to give Ollie’s the business. If this isn’t fixed, I done with Ollie’s for good!
Suggested solution:
At this point, issue a $25 Ollie's gift card and send me a 15% discount email that doesn't expire.
