My complaint:
Hello, so Okex promotions rewards should be distributed after the promotion ends within 15 business days but Okex doesn’t do that one of the promotions ended 1 month ago and yet they did not send the rewards and another promotion ended 20 days ago till now no rewards sent, after I talked to friends they told me that their promotions ended 3 months ago yet no rewards were sent, I’ve talked to their support and its rubbish, nothing was done
Suggested solution:
They should've send rewards within the time they put there, also they should hire more people to accelerate the process, they should work harder for their clients.
