My complaint:
I have had around 7000 usdt in my wallet and when I try to withdraw, they are saying put more usdt through your exchange and it is dor account verification. I have tried doing that 3 times and they take my usdt and don’t release my assets.
I am stuck and don’t know what to do anymore as I was new to this crypto world.
Suggested solution:
They are running a scam. I want them to release my usdt and only then the complaint will be resolved.
Hi I was wondering if your problem got resolved as I’m having the exact same problem. But each time I try and withdraw they just keep telling me I need to pay a higher verification amount. I got told once I had paid 18004 that my account was now fully functional, when I tried to with draw on Monday I got told after an extensive investigation they needed me to pay 18004 yet again.
