My complaint:
I have been informed by oge that my bill will increase by 7.85 percent. AGAIN with increasing my bill. I live in a povertylow income housing district (for a reason not choice) I only receive ssi. The budget I am forced to live by does not flex. I have to use a breathing machine or die.it has to run constantly with ELECTRICITY. I honestly don’t know if or how long I’m going to last now. They need to stop hitting low income costumers with price hikes.
Suggested solution:
They need to reroute the price increase to higher end neighborhoods not poverty stricken government housing.
If I could leave a minus 5 stars I would.
