My complaint:
I used Cash App to pay for an item (Devilbiss 5 Liter Oxygen Concentrator) I bought from Lacey Meínke ($GREATEST1EVER) on OfferUp. I did not pay through OfferUp because she accepted an offer lower than she had posted and claims (11:17 AM Aug 26) It’s not letting me edit the post.. She accepted the payment on 08-26-2021 @ 1:32pm. She has not communicated with me since.
Suggested solution:
I would GREATLY appreciate it if she would ship the item, as I am Dire need of it. (I have COPD, no insurance because I lost my job due to COVID and can no longer collect unemployment) and my 2 other Oxygen Concentrators have either quit working or are about to and would cost more to ship in and have repaired. . The only other remedy is to get my money ($225) back.
OFFERUP – Is a HUGE RIP OFF! There is no simple easy way to contact OfferUp Company to get assistance when a Seller confirms order, accepts offer, gets paid & DOES NOT SHIP OUT THE ITEM!! Appreciate anyone’s assistance who has been through this scam. My order is NOT being cancelled & refunded by Offerup after 3 days of NO SHIPMENT!
