My complaint:
we were given a larger room and a large balcany that is what we got we had no spa we had a small bathroom with not a lot of room.We were told we would get toiletry we had no shower gel for the whole week we were there nor any shampoo We did have butler who we must say did bring us afternoon tea and a cake on my birthday. We did have many problem in trying to get into our room as we were given a key for other people we did waste three day trying to get priorty.
Suggested solution:
the company should refund the amount charged for the upgrade
