My complaint:
they emailed me my flight itinerary and it was wrong i called was on phone for 4hrs with multiple people to no avail of help they told me to call back 3 days later which i did and was on phone again for another 1.5hrs with still NO help in fixing the issue. Im not sure why anyone would put my husband and i on 2 separate flights at 2 different airports that is beyond ridiculous and obsurd i assure you i will not be recommending this cruise line to anyone
