My complaint:
I had purchased several items from this company (Casual wear and dresses) I found that the products were of very low quality and returned them as per their policy. (USPS and Tracking Number) The company states that once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 48 hours. I submitted my return on 5/10/23 and they received the packaged items in their warehouse on 5/22/23 and 5/26/23 and i have still not gotten my refund. I really don’t understand how companies can get away with this…please help.
