My complaint:

Credit card billed 8152022
Noom did not tell me that their program would not run on a desk top computer until after I had given them my credit card information. Now they are billing me for a program that I can not use because it won’t run on my desk top computer

Suggested solution:

The complaint should be resolved by Noom removing the charge from my credit card billing.
