My complaint:
I went to counter to scan qnd pay qbout my foods. The old lady was scanning qnd throwing my stuffs. She left to scan my 2 foods because it got mixed with other persons food. And eventhogh i apologised she was rude. She was at the counter to the door. I was furious but didn’t say anything as she was older than me. But it made my rest of the day bad. Hope you would atleast take minimal action.
Suggested solution:
I just want you to fire her so that no one would need to face that. But atleast take action according to your policy.
