My complaint:
I bought Nivea Men sensitive moisturiser and noticed that the product was faulty. The plastic from the cap seems to have melted over the dispenser nozzle. I’m not able to squeeze the moisturiser out and I also cannot unscrew the cap. This is very disappointing, considering how much I paid for the product.
Suggested solution:
Send a replacement product and compensation.
