My complaint:
I bought most of the time this Nivea product. I bought this one between July and August 2021. I opened it on the 28th of August to use it but it was one terrible smell. I was so bad I have to go and bath to get rid of the smell. If you smell it, it leave a burning sensation in your nose for a while. I thought maybe I was not smelling correctly but every time I smell it is the same terrible smell.
Suggested solution:
I would love to send it back so that maybe they can investigate what is the cause of the smell
