My complaint:

I recently bought one of your Nivea sensitive cleansing wipes from a Boots store at full price (Batch 23531015 OB 03:15) and found that there was something wrong with this packet. I have been buying these wipes for years so noticed instantly that the wipes were not of good quality. The packet was fully sealed before opening and all 25 wipes were of the same poor quality. There was no moisture in the wipes at all making it very difficult to remove make up. I was on holiday at the time so did not have any other alternative to remove my make up so this was very frustrating and disappointing as I have always relied on the top quality of this product.
