My complaint:

My 13 yo son used my card on a game for his switch. I gave him permission initially and my card was saved to his account unbeknownst to me. A few months later I noticed charges that were not familiar. I charged them back and my son then told me he charged my card in error when attempting to load a pre paid card to the account. I called nintendo and explained situation to supervisor Brandon. My cc was since replaced and I have no idea what the original charges were on the card. He was extremely rude and told me he did not have to provide policies in writing to customers, there was no other manager above him and no corporate or consumer line for complaints. In the meantime, I have a $300 game unit that is useless.

Suggested solution:

Policies should be provided in writing. I want to file a formal complaint against Brandon. I would like the ban removed from the unit. This was a mistake by a child and I have handled it. Nintendo should have steps in place for situations like this.
