My complaint:
The top of the air fryer is melting and the airbroil function does not work in Match Cook mode. I called customer service and after speaking to the agent and supervisor for a hour they basically repeated the same thing over and over that I was out of warranty 3 months ago. And offered me 30% off to buy a new one- final amount is even way higher than original price I paid. But this is clearly 2 defects, not wear and tear. Why do I have to pay this has nothing to do with warranty. So am I supposed to continue using a defective product at the risk of fire or thrash it at my own cost.
Suggested solution:
A replacement of the kitchen appliance and look into this to make sure many others are using not at risk of fire
