My complaint:
Ordered shoes from SNKRS app, which is a miracle in itself as I almost never win. Shoes were shipped through some second rate company who couldn’t deliver. They asked that I verify my address. I called Nike to verify. Address on file was correct. They have delivered packages here many times before through Nike.com. anyway the Nike employee tells me I have to call the delivery service directly and see what’s goin on. I said what? I didn’t send my money to them I sent it to Nike. I think you need to call them and find my package. He said it was against policy and there was nothing he could do. Nike is terrible!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
They need to get me what I paid for.
