My complaint:
Bought a pair of nikes like me and my whole family have been wearing all our lives and everytime I wear the shoes my left heel hurt
Suggested solution:
I couldn’t take them back and get another pair so I think I should get a new pair for being a loyal customer , my husband had the first Jordan’s when he was in middle school
