My complaint:
I said No to a request to quote on a Sunday afternoon and I was not happy. I then said Let’s leave it at that. … meaning NO I do not want your services. But, I had given my address to this guy, and still after my reply, he drove past my property and then proceeded to send me an email laying out his quote (in great detail!), when I wanted nothing more to do with him!
This is an invasion of my PRIVACY!!! and I am VERY ANGRY!!!!~
Suggested solution:
A reprimand or something appropriate ..... the arrogance of this man who went against my wishes!!!
