My complaint:
I tried to return my purchases today, BUT despite having a receipt for online purchases, and a till there accepting cash and cards sales, they REFUSED to refund me as they couldn’t get online!!!
I don’t care I have a receipt and your till work, how you work out your logistics once your system is back on but logistics is not a reason to send customers away very unhappy after a 14mile round trip to return goods. After all you weren’t turning sales down! your Customer service stinks
