My complaint:
Not happy with how tonight’s visit went at Cambridge New World. Went in around 8:20pm to get something for dinner me and my family were the only ones in the store at the time.
This worker who so calls himself a manager was absolutely RUDE! I had asked him if there was a problem as he just stood there and watched us shop, he reckons he came down to every isle to find us but couldn’t see us.. it didn’t make sense so I asked why was he looking for us he replied the store is closing soon, at that point I was really disturbed because it was only 8:30pm!!!! New world closes at 9pm! He followed us to the counter and I told him he was absolutely racist cause he turned around and said we looked “suspicious” I felt absolutely JUDGED! And discriminated!!!! All we were doing was just tryna shop for something for dinner then get approached that were being suspicious!!! THATS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT NEW WORLD CAMBRIDGE EVERRR! POOR SERVICE!

I want this to be solved properly as i am really upset! Me and my family would like an apology because this is absolutely not acceptable and so embarrassing on behalf of NEW WORLD CAMBRIDGE!!!!
