My complaint:
I was at self serve checkout with my husband who needed checkout assistance, i went up to her and asked could she come over and help. Her response quite gruffly her tone not at all friendly said wait a minute, I said you mean wait a minute PLEASE, her response was WHATEVER. i said to her you are being very rude, and she said again WHATEVER !!!! I left to complain at the lotto shop and asked to speak to the manager which she proceeded to contact him. Whilst I was waiting i went back to the rude person to see her name tag, Rosaleagh i believe it was, she said to mean a VERY strong tone get away from me dont touch me, i never laid a finger on her at all, in fact she was waving her arms around and touch me. She needs to be in counciling as to how to deal with customers as rosaleagh came across very agitated and quite nasty. I shop there quite often and have never come across someone soo rude. I felt quite upset with this experience, I myself are currently going through chemoradiation treatment at the moment and walked away feeling quite deflated. I would like to hear back on the process of this complaint please, and hope i never haveto deal with this unkindness again.
