My complaint:

I have been using this f$ked up company for a couple years now. I once again find myself penniless because they hold my money hostage. I want somebody to pay for their mistakes for once. i told some idiot not to close my account on Saturday of course they do whatever they want and closed it anyway. when my money went on a closed account they transferred it to another card. then you idiots transfer it to a blocked card and won’t give me my money. you idiots make mistakes over over over over over over over over. I am done paying for netspends fuck ups. I am getting an attorney this time. You can continue to hang up on me you can run but you can’t hide.
