Netspend complaint: 200.00 stolen

My complaint:

On 3322 I purchasedca Netspend card from Family Dollar Store. I placedc200.00 on the card for a utility bill. 0n 3822 ,I attempted to register the card and I couldn’t, because Netspend said the card had already been registered by someone other than myself. How could that be possible when I had the card in my possession. I have contacted this company and have the worst headache after getting of the ozone with these peoples. They have no one to speak to in English, so you are having to repeat and ask them to repeat as well. I know yhey have FDIC regulation, and bits in place for reasons such as my complaint. So they can’t lose any money because all monies is insured. I’ve read over 200 complaints about this company, thiswas my first analyst time. They claim in there comment that they use the same ranking as any national bank, so where is the people monies that they entrust Netspend with, that’s what other financial institute do. They make sure the customer are satisfied. I believe whoever corporate this company hires non English speaking, just to steal hardworking people’s monies , they hope you get tired of calling and this fatten their pocket I need my coins, I’m disable and I have limited income. All my coins are precious to me, and beside they are mine. How would they feel if someone comes in and take monies from their check before they use it?? People need to considerate of other. Remember God is WATCHING… DELIVER TO CEASER WHATS DUE UNTO HIM.
IM ASKING FOR MY MONIES, CAN YOU PLEASE ASSIST ME IN MATTER. IM NOT GOING AWAY. THIS IS MY JOB UNTIL I GET MY HARDCEARNED CASH BACK.
