My complaint:
I canceled my technician support subscription but was charged $89.99 when the renewal date came. I called Netgear the day after they took my $, they gave me a case number saying that I would be refunded and now five calls later I still haven’t seen a refund. The most recent call to them, I was told that someone would reach out to me within 24 hrs-never happened! I called my bank explaining that it was a fraudulent transaction and blocked Netgear from removing any future payments. I absolutely detest this company and speaking to a call center in a third world country adds to the stress of this situation!
