My complaint:
There is a case number 47871229 on this issue. I have been calling Netgear technical support for the last one week nearly every second day. I only get assurances that the issue will be resolved, but nothing happens. I have been literally breaking my head against a wall here, and in a situation where I cannot register my product under my name, because it has been registered by Netgear agent under someone else’s name.
I attach their email that once again s having escalated my case, which is still unresolved.
Suggested solution:
They should allow me to register my Orbi Router and Satellite product under my account.
