Netflix complaint: Worst Customer Service Ever

My complaint:

We have had a problem with Netflix for over 2 months. On occasion, some of the SHOWS would not load with the message Try Again Later or contact customer service. Other movies would load fine but this problem kept getting worse until NO SHOWS WOULD LOAD with the above message. We contacted customer service both via phone and chat with no solution. Netflix also did not offer to refund us our money for the over 2 months we had the problem. We were ACTUALLY TOLD by the rep to drop Nefllix and this seemed strange. They told me it was an Amazon fire stick problem and to contact them. The rep also said that I could just restart our Netflix subscription after I resolved the problem with my fire stick , I contacted Amazon and went through virtually the same troubleshooting as with Netflix along with their suggestion to uninstall and reinstall Netflix. Did this and restarted my Netflix subscription but discovered that there were 3 different plans and the plan I now had costs $ 3 a month more. No wonder the rep advised me to drop my over 6 yr. old grandfathered Netflix subscription. More money or less quality if I paid the same amount. Well, it did not matter as I resubscribed and it did not work at all so I had to stop the subscription again. They now have over $ 20 of unrefined money I will have to wait up to 30 days to get credit on my autopay account. This is not the problem. The problem is we are in our mid 70s and sheltering in place with the Chinese virus. TV and movies are our only enjoyment and we were watching a few Netflix series. Netflix cannot and really have not tried to solve our problem. It is my opinion that they have change their app in someway or done something after they changed their prices and plans. We had no problem in the past with Netflix and have no problem with Amazon Prime or our other streaming services. Netflix should be regulated at the least as their practices are definitely unfair business practices.

Suggested solution:

Wake up and put their customers first. Promptly refund when their long time customers have problems that they cannot solve and help those who depend upon Nefflix as an entertainment source now more than at any time in the past.
