My complaint:

Good morning
I have had Netflix for 10 years now. I believe your prices are to high it started out less then $9 a month and has increased greatly. My account is not allowing my son to watch his show and is saying too many people are logged in to my account. (message 425678) I am going to be switching to Disney plus if some sort of discount is not applied to my account. I have 3 children and for the price I pay they should be able to all access the account

I would like at least 6 months free and at least 6 allowed on my account at once to have this resolved as your valued customer of 10 years. I look forward to hearing from you.
