It was successful from bank end but nothing updated so I paid again with card which was successful and netflix services started.
Netflix agent assured me that upi payment will be reversed in 1 month but nothing happened.
Suggested solution:
Bank is asking to get payment reversed from merchant end but netflix agent is denying to take any action and asked me to contact bank.
Now My bank is asking for documented ation from netflix that UPI payment 116318313127 is not received by netflix.
