My complaint:
My Netflix plan was upgraded from basic to JD without my permission. I was using 199rs plan but suddenly I found that on 29 May 202, they changed my plan to 649rs.
Apart it automatically debited from my debit card without my concern.
Suggested solution:
I want my plan to be converted into basic and 449rs to be deposited in my account. Further I dont wish for automatically charging it.
