Netflix complaint: Unfair and uninformed charges

My complaint:

I subscribed for Netflix for the first time yesterday ie. 21st June. On the first page it was mentioned that there is a free trial of 30 days after which you will be charged for the next month. It was mentioned that If you cancel 3 days before the month enda you wouldn’t have to pay for the next month if you do not enjoy. So I subscribed to it and then I received two OTPS twice as I couldn’t see any place to enter the OTP. On the third time the OTP was for 199 and they charges me instantly. I called today on their customer care number twice the agent disconnected without giving any resolution. I didn’t say anything wrong neither was I angry and screaming. I didn’t understand why they disconnected after telling me nothing can be done

Suggested solution:

Since I was misinformed and charged incorrectly I wish to get my free trial or atleast get some compensation for being wrongly charged and then getting disconnected twice from the agents
