Complaint: Unacceptable service from a customercare agent(Cyndy )

My complaint:

So i decided to subscribed today the 7th August and i was helped by 2 representatives with activation of my account , the second person assisted me and i commend her for her patience and explanation but when i noticed that i could transfer movies downloaded from my device to usb i contacted customer care and Cyndy cancelled my account without my consent , i was inquiring if i would be refunded if i cancel but she went ahead to cancel. She then said she is connecting back again but off course i will have to pay another subscription and wait for the refund of the first payment my complaint is why was she too quick to cancel.. I a m client and if there was something that i was not happy with was she not supposed to convince and advise on what would be a better solution to keep me as a client instead of going ahead and cancelling without persuasion to remain a client . I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED BUT I STILL FEEL THAT IT WAS NOT HANDLED PROPERLY .

I WANT TO BE CONTACTED AND PROPER STEPS TAKEN BECAUSE I HAVE FINALLY DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT AFTER THE POOR SERVICE BUT I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO BE ONE OF THE CLIENTS DUE TO EXCELLENT REVIEWS I HAVE SEEN ON THE MEDIA
