My complaint:

In the month of May 2020 I had subscribed through my Axis Bank Debit Card a sum of Rs. 499.00 which has been duly reflected in my Axis Bank Statement form the month of May 2020 as under:-

For which I did not get any benefit of viewing the movies from NETFLIX Movie Channel on my PC. However NETFLIX continue to transfer the money through my debit card arbitrarily without any information and knowledge. On enquiry they were not able to give any satisfactory reply. But I was just able to view the on or two movies in the month of April 2020 but the reason best known to them I was not able to access to NETFLIX Website. In view of the above facts and circumstance i call upon NETFLIX TO REFUND THE AMOUNT A SUM OF RS. 499.00 X 5 RS.2495.00.

You are hereby advised to take immediate action in refunding the amount to my Axis Bank account as otherwise I will be forced to take necessary steps to recover my dues with alongwith due interest if I do not receive the above amount within 7 days from the date of this complaint.

Kindly ensure the amount is credited to my Axis Bank Account or send me a Demand Draft in favour of NEMMARA KRISHNA RAMANI, and speed post the same to my residential address 11P , MONOHAR PUKUR ROAD, FIRST FLOOR, KALIGHTA, KOLKATA 700026 (MY CELL NO: 8582899593 AND MY MAIL ID : ramanink1948@gmail.com.
