My complaint:
The volume is ridiculously loud and then not loud enough at times. Have to constantly change the volume updown during viewing. The loudness is deafening and will prolly blow my damn speakers out and deafen my whole family at the same time. Please let the viewers control the loudness if you can do no better.
Suggested solution:
Keep the volume at the same level at all times or only minimally louder during suspenseful moments so the viewers aren’t having to change the volume updown the entire time as well
