My complaint:

Hi, My name is Vijay. trying to get access from Bangalore. I tried with couple of master card and couple visa cards..but the payment is not successful. I called you guys and chatted with a supervisor named gayatri..I got no resolution. It’s very simple that I am ready to pay for subscription and your platform is not letting me to do..I will also attach the screenshot…I have been trying for it from 11:30 am till now 9:34pm 7-5-2020. I have cleared the cookies and tried still goes in vain. I know one of the card is blocked only for online transactions due to security reasons….but I have tried 4 other different cards….and supervisor told that for some reason it is not accepted….
She doesn’t know the reason. I know which card I can’t and the cards which I can…she asked me to contact bank …so logically I have visit 4 different banks to get you subscription. When I can order food online, buy gaming on play store…..its only your platform. If I have to contact bank, I have check with 4 banks…put yourself on my shoes, tell me will it be rational…

Just take money from and give me the subscription that I want simple period.
