My complaint:
Can’t log in or simply very low quality streaming intermittently. Pay for premium, get shit quality in return. Its illegal to advertise something they can’t deliver. Will complain to my local MP. NETFILX, get more servers with the extra cash from the price hike. Get you act together.
Suggested solution:
Get more servers to stream smoothly. Invest in bandwidth. Put the price increase into better quality streaming, not just new content. What's the point in new filmprogs, if you can't access them.
