My complaint:
If you live by yourself and are content with the lowest quality video from netflix you’re fine, but if you want 1080p or 4k video you have to pay for respectively 2 or 4 screens! Why is there no option for a 1 screen 1080p or 4k subscription?
Suggested solution:
Add more subscription options with video quality and screen amount detached from eachother
