My complaint:

I had been on the phone with her for about 20 minutes. Then she asked IS THERE SOMEONE IN YOUR HOME THAT IS SMARTER THAN YOU I CAN TALK TO? I told her NO I am the account holder then she HUNG UP!!

Suggested solution:

First of all I was totally OFFENDED SHE SAID IS THERE SOMEONE IN YOUR HOME THAT IS SMARTER THAN YOU I CAN TALK TO.
I WANT AN APOLOGY LITTLE DID SHE KNOW I AM A DOCTOR HAVE MANY YEARS OF EDUCATION AND I FELT LIKE I WAS SPEAKING TO SOMEONE VERY YOUNG AND NOT PROFESSIONAL
