My complaint:
I have notice don several occasions that Netflix tends to loose the personal selection of a customer , in this case me – That points to obvious file server crashes restore from backups as the lists that populate after the site goes down has a habit of displaying all the wrong info stuff long deleted so that can only point to a restore from backup.
Suggested solution:
Get new servers , better quality equipment more mirrored drives with customer preferences to be held separate to your RISC servers which seem to have habit of crashing frequently.
